At Marketing Waley By YellowBuddy, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and branding services tailored to your business needs. Since we are a service-based company, not a product-based one, our refund and cancellation policy is structured differently.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel a service within 7 days of purchase if the work has not yet started.
Once a project has been initiated, planned, or resources have been allocated, cancellations are not permitted.
For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly retainers), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve time, effort, and strategic planning, we maintain the following refund terms:
Full Refund: If you cancel a service before any work has started.
Partial Refund: If a project is in progress but not completed, we may provide a refund for the unused portion of the service, after deducting costs for work already completed.
No Refund: Once a service has been fully delivered or a campaign/project has been executed, refunds will not be provided.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be applicable in cases where:
Services have already been delivered.
Delays or performance issues arise due to incomplete information, lack of communication, or client-side dependencies.
The client is dissatisfied due to subjective preferences after agreed-upon work has been completed.
